S'MORES BROWNIES

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1          cup granulated sugar

1          cup brown sugar

2 1/2    sticks unsalted butter (10 ounces)

10        ounces bittersweet chocolate (64%-70% cocoa)

5          eggs

1          teaspoon pure vanilla extract

2          tablespoons strong brewed Kobos coffee

1 1/4    cups all-purpose flour

1/2       teaspoon salt

1 1/2    teaspoons baking powder

4          whole graham crackers (about 2 ounces) broken into 1-inch

            pieces

1          cup mini marshmallows

3          ounces milk chocolate coarsely chopped


Grease a 9 x 13 inche baking pan. Combine dark chocolate, butter and sugars in a saucepan; place over low heat stirring constantly until all melt and come together. Pour the mixture into a medium sized bowl. Add eggs, vanilla and coffee and whisk together. In a separate small bowl whisk together the flour, salt and baking powder, then add to the chocolate mixture. Stir until just combined. Fold in the marshmallows, crackers and milk chocolate. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until the surface begins to crack  Do not over bake. Let the brownies cool before slicing.
