We first opened our doors over 30 years ago. And,throughout those years, we've taken great care to purchase only the finest coffee beans from the world's best growing regions, and to select & blend some of the finest teas available.

The same dedication that we've taken with our product has also been taken to serve our customers to the best of our ability.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily offer you an exchange or refund for the full dollar amount of the merchandise you ordered.

If you need to make a return, here are the steps to take.

    1.    To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please include the following.

        •    A copy of the order invoice. This will provide us with the order information.
        •    The reason for the return.
        •    Your preference of a refund or exchange.

    2.    Carefully package the merchandise for shipping.

    3.    Mail it to:
